If you're having trouble accessing the practitioner portal, here are the most common reasons.
If you saw a message that your account is temporarily locked, that's because of repeated incorrect password attempts. The lock clears automatically after 30 minutes — or you can reset your password right now to regain access immediately.
Use the password reset link. We'll email you a one-time link to set a new password. The link expires in 1 hour.
New practitioner accounts require admin approval before they can be used. You'll receive an email when your account is approved. If it's been more than a couple business days, contact us.
If your account has been suspended, please contact the office to discuss reactivation.
